It is eaten as a herb and added to culinary dishes all across the world.

So can chinchillas eat coriander at all?

As you can see coriander contains a lot of phosphorus, calcium, and acidic content.

This means that chinchillas cannot eat coriander at all. It is just too bad for them and will make them sick if they eat it. It is just too much for their stomachs and is not worth feeding to them at all.
